The MEIRA Annual Conference 2025 brought together over 1,200 delegates for one of the region's most prestigious investor relations gatherings. Tasked with delivering a large-scale, multi-zone experience, Lume Dynamics provided full event production — from concept design to technical execution and on-site management.

Concept & Design: Developed cohesive branding and stage aesthetics aligned with the conference vision.
Technical Production: Fabricated over 40 exhibition booths, managed full-scale AV, lighting, and sound systems across multiple halls.
Experience & Coordination: Integrated a custom event mobile app for attendee navigation, exhibitor engagement, and real-time updates.
